The kind of power it must have taken to create this trap of a city. And for what?

I am in the alternate city. Trades are the way in but not out. Investigate how others have returned from this location. Based on what was demanded to be brought in, getting out may have a greater price.

[ has to take in everything quickly but it's virtually the same. he'd have wondered if the deities hadn't tricked him in their deal if he hadn't noticed the signs that this is another place from where he'd been standing seconds before. sees the damage from fresh fights, makes him wary... but then he always is. might have made another person glad they'd insisted on keeping Kira but that thought isn't even a shadow in his mind. (Kira is, impossible to give up.)

he still distrusts the network but it gives him some idea what to expect. but first things first, objectives and exits. he has to leave the latter to the banten ninjas. it might make Yukimi shake his head at him for trusting an important task to the enemy but still. this is what he knows, how to weigh what is important to other people against what they are willing to do. (comes from trying to understand what is important to him, maybe? only maybe because there really isn't. not anything or anyone.)

so then. objective: locate the shinrabanshou. objective: prevent him from activating the hijutsu. objective: keep them both alive.

there's a distant flicker at the edge of his senses, recognition he does not choose to name but with Miharu's. Leaps, walks, runs. ]

(( OOC: replies can be via network interaction or action spam for anyone who wants to encounter Yoite while he's looking for Miharu. Sense of taste and smell traded rather than having to agree to give up the use of Kira. ))

[ the flicker that was Miharu to his mind had been growing steadily brighter and the sense of something building too quickly and too urgently for it to be anything else but the power of the Shinrabanshou beginning to overflow.

it's as he'd thought, the power just threatening to spill out of that small body. he doubts Miharu is able to access it with his own will. Faster then, abandoning all attempt at moving invisibly. Even rushing to Miharu, he does not want to call attention to them but if he gets there too late it wouldn't matter in the least. ]

[ tactics are almost always planned beforehand by yukimi and as the kira user, he is rarely given any order other than 'kill'. he's caught by surprise at miharu's appearance (strange but still somehow beautiful, the alien power in his eyes burning green), wonders briefly if that was how he'd appeared to others while he'd been learning the kira and dismisses it a heartbeat later.

has to consider the possibilities, fighting against the reflex of kira again. attacking Miharu will likely just speed up the effect but knocking him out could have unknown consequences. ]

It had been a while since he'd heard it, only vaguely recalling the first words spoken to him not too long ago.
